Aircraft with Spijker engine

This plane is on display in the Louwman Car museum in the Hague. Not sure who built this plane but is has a Spijker engine onboard.

Would this be the forerunner of the Spyker car company, that makes the mega expensive sports cars

The car and the plane was built by Voisin in France. The first is a C3 and the second a LA-2.
