Comments:
Lightning F.2 in 92 Squadron colours. Went to Warton on 26 September 1968, for conversion to F.2A; to 92 Squadron as ‘A’, 1 May 1969. Damaged at Gutersloh on 18 September 1973. Assigned maintenance serial 8544M. Used as a decoy at Wildenrath and eventually scrapped.

Wow!Can't believe I stood next to that aircraft whilst on a visit to RAF Wildenrath with 2369 (Kirkby) Sqn ATC in 1984.brings a tear even to my eye.
