Curtiss C-46 Commando

A picture from the old shoebox showing a Transair Curtiss Commando (SE-CFD) being refueled and reloaded at the old Schiphol airport. I took this picture in 1962 as a 16-year old teener with my at that time brandnew Ilford Sportsman 35 mm camera. Sorry it is only in black-and-white. Colour pictures were well above my budget at that time!

I really love old b&w photos, they look far more distinguished and not so hasty!
