N71CW no. 2As 71 Charlie Whiskey was taking off, about 15 seconds into his flight, I heard the right engine sputter and die. He gunned the left and trimmed it off, got permission from the tower and circled back around to land. The pilot stayed very calm. Here he is on final to Lovell Field.
