great pic of a super aircraft. at the age of 3, in 1947, i was flown from hatfield-bordeaux-marseilles-rome-cyprus-cairo-basra-sharjah-karachi-delhi-allahabad-calcutta in a delivery flight of 1 of 3 doves from dh to airways india of which my dad was ch. engineer. one of the 3 crashed in corsica en route due to icing.
good to see some doves still preserved. thank u.
